For parents

“Our son loves coming to music therapy. We never see him respond so much anywhere else he goes”

Whether your child has complex needs, is on the autistic spectrum or has complex medical needs, music therapy could help. Using music and musical elements, music therapy is a form of psychological therapy that empowers children to listen, respond and make choices, and improves emotional wellbeing.

Over the years, music therapist Sarah has worked with many children whose ability to communicate is impaired through disability or attachment difficulties. She has used music therapy to help children develop or retain functional skills, to develop communication skills and in family music therapy sessions, to give entire families a positive therapeutic experience together.
